How do I know if my club has joined?
Download the fans app and then select your club. You can only select your club 3 times, so make sure you choose the right club.
Do I need to create a login?
No. We want all people to feel secure, so all abuse cases are anonymous. We believe this keeps you safer.
Do I need to turn on tracking / GPS?
You don’t have to turn on tracking / GPS, but it will mean you’ll have to move around the map more ‘manually’ than if you have it turned on.

Is it real-time?
Yes, all abuse reports are real-time. Your security portal / app are updated within micro-seconds of a case being reported.
Are incidents assigned?
It’s totally within your control. You can setup the system to assign to all security staff or it must be assigned by an administrator.
Do security staff have to login?
Yes, security staff must be approved and have a login. This ensures that you have an a named audit trail against each case.
Every incident is logged. Every action is recorded. When the FA, league or police come calling, you have a complete, timestamped history of exactly how your club handled it.
Can I view and assign Open Cases?
As a portal user your you can see all cases; live (open) and historic (closed).
Can I view all historic cases?
Yes, all cases are stored for a period of 1 year. All cases are stored and not editable. Thiis ensures the integrity of the solution.
Can I add security staff in the portal?
Yes, you can assign those who can access the security portal and / or the security app.
